适用于一般环境，不宜在长期接触水、泡水、强酸强碱（包括酒精）的地方使用。
适用温度一般都在-50至+80度（瞬间可耐100度）除特种耐高温胶可耐温高达120度。

How does instant adhesive work?
With advances in technology, synthetic adhesives have been created. Up until now, there are many adhesive brands and types on the market, so how do they work?
The adhesion between objects is achieved through the chemical substances in the adhesive. Typically, there are spherical polymer particles in the adhesive, with a radius ranging from 0.5 to 5 nanometers. These are the adhesive agents in the glue. However, for easier use, solvents such as water are used to dissolve these polymer adhesive agents, creating the adhesive.
When we apply the glue on the surface of an object, the water carrying the polymer particles slowly infiltrates into the tissue of the object. When the water evaporates, the polymers rely on the tensile force between them to tightly bond the two objects together. This is why instant glue adheres strongly.
Why does more glue result in poorer adhesion?
Then someone might ask, if the key to strong adhesion lies in the polymer particles in the glue, wouldn't applying more glue with more polymer particles result in a stronger bond?
In fact, the opposite is true. When too much glue is used, it actually decreases the adhesive strength. Excessive application of glue makes it difficult for the water between the polymer particles to evaporate, causing them to crowd together and preventing the generation of strong tensile force.
The correct way to use instant adhesive
The commonly used 502 glue is mainly composed of α-cyanoacrylate, which is a single-component, low-viscosity, transparent, and fast-curing adhesive, also known as instant adhesive or fast-dry adhesive.
Usage:
Before applying the glue, prepare the surface: Remove dust, oil, rust, and other contaminants from the bonding surface using a dry sponge or sandpaper, and then wipe it with a diluent to clean the surface.
Apply a small drop of adhesive on the bonding surface and immediately carry out the bonding, and hold it until it hardens. The bonding area should not be too large, and the thickness of the adhesive layer should not exceed 0.2mm.
After using 502 glue, wipe the container and cover the lid, then store it in a cool and dry place or refrigerate.
